Benefits of Our Classes
Our Classes are designed to teach dynamic movement concepts in a fun and safe environment. Lessons are taught utilizing a changing variety of equipment, positions and skills. These activities provide a foundation and health benefit like no other.
The combination of strength, coordination, flexibility, agility, balance, spatial awareness, and perceptual skills learned are the fundamental skills for all sports. Nurturing the enjoyment of movement and motor skill development will help to promote continued participation in physical activity for years to come. Getting away from the television or computer games and into the gym is a terrific step towards a healthy lifestyle.
One of the greatest things we can give is more self-confidence. As you learn new skills you will gain more confidence and more determination to build on those skills. Forget the cartwheels, building self confidence can affect everyone in a major way for all other activities in their life.
The programs are progressive skill based, safe, effective and fun. Everyone is encouraged to strive for, and reach individual goals. We cater for all skill levels and can adapt to suit individual needs.
All of our staff are insured, screened for working with children, and have been trained specifically for our program. Never stop moving, learning and having fun during our classes. We want our students continually engaged with no time to lose concentration or misbehave.
Maximum class size will be determined by the space available and number of instructors needed to give each student proper attention. Our program runs to NSW school terms.
